The purpose of the Renovation, Repair and Painting Program (RRP) is to minimize exposure from lead-based paint dust during renovation, repair, or painting activities. This training is compliant with WA Dept of Commerce requirements. The course will cover applicable regulations and recordkeeping requirements, appropriate work practices and safety procedures. This certification is required for anyone who disturbs more than six square feet of lead paint or replaces windows, while working in pre-1978 homes, schools, or daycare centers.
