Description

In this informative class you will learn the legal realities (and pitfalls) of a construction project.  Learn how to prepare and file liens, bond claims, retainages and notices to lenders on residential, commercial and public works projects.    The Construction Contracts portion of the course provides step-by-step explanation of how contracts sustain positive customer and supplier relations, provide resolution for disputes, and minimize the risk for litigation.
